IT Helpdesk Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone or email to end-users and eTelecare client contracts. This will include responding to IT infrastructure and application-related inquiries, problems and issues; problem resolution and providing feedback or follow up to end-user and end-user / eTelecare management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science or computer related course
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • Basic information technology knowledge
  • Able to work on different shifting schedule

Full-Time SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • To complete and maintain the task of getting each of our Satellite Phone Websites ranking first, second and third across the largest possible keyword base in this niche market within Australia.
  • To build good quality links with a ranking of 3 upwards to each site every day for the keywords we are chasing.
  • To be able to implement a number of strategies across the SEO board including article writing in good English and the using these across all sites by way of changing content. By taking the same piece of information and using it for blogs (already within the sites) to separate blogs for keyword link text domination.
  • To basically use all SEO tools at their and my disposal to dominate the Australia market in this niche with in a six month period

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient Analytics, Link Building, Content Writing, Keyword Research and Site Analysis
  • Wordpress implementation will assist them in the process. A good working knowledge of Wordpress is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Article marketing Automation software Traffic Geyser and market samurai will be an advantage
  • At least 2 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
