RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone or email to end-users and eTelecare client contracts. This will include responding to IT infrastructure and application-related inquiries, problems and issues; problem resolution and providing feedback or follow up to end-user and end-user / eTelecare management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or computer related course
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office application
- Basic information technology knowledge
- Able to work on different shifting schedule
