IT Helpdesk Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support via phone or email to end-users and eTelecare client contracts. This will include responding to IT infrastructure and application-related inquiries, problems and issues; problem resolution and providing feedback or follow up to end-user and end-user / eTelecare management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science or computer related course
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office application
  • Basic information technology knowledge
  • Able to work on different shifting schedule
